Wee Worship
This class is a fun time for 3 – year olds to discover God’s creation using movement and dance. They will learn to sing and dance the scriptures. They also begin ballet at this age. Student must be 3 by September 1st.
Beginning Worship 1
This class is a foundational dance class for 4-year old children. It is taught from a biblical perspective that includes: study in basic ballet, interpretive dance, sign language, ribbons, and flags.
This level gives students a biblical foundation and vocabulary to: interpret songs and be able to minister in the dance. This applies to all children and adult worship dance
classes. Scripture study and memorization is also taught through coloring pages, dancing prayers and sign language. Student must be 4 by September 1st.
Beginning Worship 2
This class is for 5 to 7 year old children and covers the same material as Beginning Worship I but is geared to a student who is a little older and
has experienced the foundation in Beginning Worship I. Student must be 5 by September 1st.
Intermediate Worship Dance Class 1 & 2
This Worship Dance Class has the same format and foundation as other Worship Dance classes. Each class is geared to the specific age level as well as skill level. The students learn to use props, ribbons, flags, and scarves to express their hearts to the Lord within specific genres of dance. These genres include ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and jazz. Intermediate 2 class, which is a more challenging version of the 1st section, has the opportunity to move up to the Junior Worship Team by invitation as they grow in the Lord and in skill level.
Junior Worship Team
With a foundation in dance and scripture, this class incorporates many forms of dance. These include, but are not limited to, basic ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, sign language, lyrical, flags, and creative choreography.
The students in this class are given the opportunity to turn dance into outreach ministry. They have ministered on local Christian Television, retirement homes, and conferences.
These students have developed a foundation vocabulary to interpret songs, enabling them to minister in the dance. This team is the prerequisite to the Senior Ministry Team.
Senior Ministry Team
This ministry team is for older girls,
who have a strong foundation in dance
and the scriptures. The students in this class
continue to learn many different styles of
dance. These genres include: ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, lyrical/ interpretive, flags, and more
challenging choreography. In order to participate on this team, the teachers will
pray, evaluate, and determine the make-up
of the class. Over the years they have
ministered on local Christian television,
retirement homes, conferences, and wherever the Lord leads!
Young Women’s Ministry Team
This Ministry Team is typically made up of older young women who have served on a previous team. This team is
made up of young women who continue to be called to minister at
the highest level in the school. They have and
will minister locally at community outreaches, local Christian TV, and anywhere the Lord
opens the door.
Adult Worship Dance Classes
These classes will be periodically offered. In this class, adults can come and
learn the foundations of dance in a non- threatening atmosphere. This is an Interpretive worship
class where our goal is to learn to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
We are truly set free to
express our love through dance to the One who loves us! Please inquire by email or text if you are interested in an adult class.
All Worship Dance Classes Will have a Foundation in the Word that will be
taught each week in various forms, such as: a verse of the week, the biblical foundation of dance, scripture recitation and memorization, and dancing
prayers/scriptures.
It is our desire to see every student have the understanding that dance is a gift God has given them and it is to be used for His Glory! We believe and teach that we have an Audience of One!
“We are dedicated to training and releasing students in their gifts! We do this in order to bring glory to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and to set the stage for our students to become true worshippers.”
